The patient understands that AI Clinic is a support tool. A licensed physician remains responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, or rejecting medical recommendations before they are given to the patient.
What The Patient Is Agreeing To
The patient agrees that the clinic may use automated text extraction, OCR, and vision models to analyze uploaded records such as lab reports, scanned prescriptions, discharge summaries, and imaging reports.
The patient agrees to provide accurate information to the best of their knowledge and understands that missing or incorrect information can affect the quality of clinical assessment.
Important Limitations
This service is not for emergencies. If the patient has a medical emergency, they should seek immediate in-person care or call emergency services.
The patient understands that AI output may be incomplete or wrong and that physician-approved instructions, not raw AI output, are the intended patient-facing medical guidance.
Privacy And Sharing
The patient agrees that relevant data may be shared with the supervising doctor, authorized clinic staff, and technical service providers needed to operate the system.
The clinic should not use identifiable patient data for unrelated commercial advertising purposes.
Withdrawal And Questions
The patient may stop using the service at any time. Existing records may still be retained where required for clinical continuity, safety review, backups, or legal compliance.
